It is truly a giving time of the year for the students at ADM Intermediate, ADM Middle School, and Van Meter University Day Care. All three of these schools held food drives for the Good Samaritan Food Pantry in Nov. and Dec. that resulted in over 3,000 lbs (yes a true TON AND A HALF) of food to stock the Pantry’s shelves.  When food donations come in, volunteers help sort and check each items’ expiration date to ensure quality and freshness, then it goes on the shelves, ready to be given out to a person in need. It takes many hands to help feed those in need, including youth!

Many thanks to all the kids, parents, teachers, and volunteers who went above and beyond to help feed those in need this winter through Good Samaritan Food Pantry.

Consider an end of year monetary donation.
